My son was very shy when he first attended Rainbow Montessori. He came from different preschool and it took him a little while to adjust with his Kindergarten. However, we were fortunate to have Ms. Natalie in the very first year. She is very passonate with kids at the age of 5 - 6. This is her quote

Now, my son is in 1st grade and he just got his first presentation done in class with so much confidence. He has definitely learned that confidence from his very first teacher here at Rainbow Montessori. However, I have done some researches and know that not all teachers have the same way of teaching kids although they are teaching at the same level, using the same materials and having the same curriculum. I don't know how anyone can compare Rainbow Montessori to Challanger or Stratford. Rainbow Montessori's math & english are way ahead of the other two schools. My child was in Ms Natalie's class last year. I cannot tell you enough about the progress she made in this class. My child is now ready to read in class or in the library or to our friend's children. She does really well in math and science. ... Read more caring and highly competent. Both children love to go to school. They work hard and have made very good academic progress (better than we could have hoped for). Extracurricular classes, including gymnastics, music, public speaking, art, swimming lessons (through the Northwest YMCA), and second language instruction, are excellent. I'm sorry to learn that some families were dissatisfied with their child(ren)'s experience at Rainbow. We have not found the large class sizes to interfere with our children's academic progress. This school needs a lot of improvement, this is a montessori school where many things are missing. Personal attention to my child in many cases was impossible they are more than 30 students in each class. Working with montessori materials is also very difficult, the classroom is missing a lot of materials

Academic level, its depend of the teacher that be on charge, some are good and others needs their montessori certificade before be on charge of the group. This is not a good school, many classrooms in Elementary have more than 28 students In a very small classroom , many times the teacher assistant is not in the classroom because she is helping in different classroom when others teachers are absent. Advanced Placement
