I was a student at kings. They teach a completly one sided view of life...very sheltered. They teach only what the bible teaches and it gave me a very confused view of life. I would never send my children there.

I am not very impressed with Kings! My son is in his second year at Kings, and I have found this year to be somewhat disappointing. The faculty tends to share with parents after it is too late to raise falling grades. In addition, the expectations of a 7th grader are somewhat high. My son is exhausted

My children have positive relationships with their teachers. They are absolutely challenged academically but also supported when they need assistance.

All schools will have disgruntled parents and kids but overall the staff love their jobs and their students. The relationships you form at this school will last a lifetime. I highly recomend The King's Academy - GO KNIGHTS! Read less

Our child attended Kings for middle school. We liked the small class sizes and biblical teaching, but felt that the language arts program was not strong enough. Our child was happy at Kings in 6th grade, but unhappy by the start of 8th. The kids formed cliques at the start of 6th grade, and were

Our child found the attitudes of many other students to be inconsistent with being Christian. Just because a school teaches the bible doesn't mean that kids will be kind to one another. Our child asked to leave Kings after middle school and attend a much larger private, religious high school with a wider variety of extra-curricular activities and a chance to start over without the existing middle school cliques. Our younger children won't be attending Kings. Read less
