My oldest daughter, who is now a freshman, scored in the 90th percentile of 9th graders in the country. St Francis provides my children with the best overall quality eduacation in a superior academic, spiritual and social environment. St. Francis has a proven track record of challenging its students in the classroom as well as providing them with opportunities outside the classroom and beyond the town

Read more of Sonoma in sports programs, science fairs, art/writing competitions, geography bees, spelling bees, Academic Decathlon, etc. Students who have graduated from St. Francis have gone on to the local high school as well as Marin Academy, Cardinal Newman/Ursuline High School, Justin Siena High School, and Sonoma Academy. These students have gone on to excel at colleges, including Stanford, West Point, and many of the UCs. St. Francis provides a nurturing environment to all its students and my children would not dream of going anywhere else! Read less

I have been a part of St. Francis Solano School for the last 29 years, and I love it! I entered St. Francis Solano School as a first grader,and I can honestly say that St. Francis gave me the educational foundation to be a very successful student both at Justin-Siena High School and at Dominican University.

Read more respect and love, it shows it to all...our kids come home and we have the most amazing philosophical questions provoked by their learing in school...this school practices what it preaches and has a Peace and Justice elective for the older kids - they pick where they want to help out and do fundraisers giving money to such areas as curing AIDS, etc.. My son is graduating from St. Francis is year. However, I look forward to the next five years that my younger daughter will be attending. This school is a very good fit for us. The leadership and staff of the school provide us with everything we need to properly guide our children through their grammar school years and we have met nice children from families that will be lifelong friends. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course.
