VCA was wonderful and kept you well informed as to what was going on in school and what was expected of your child. Yes, the curriculum is rigorous, but most children are up to the task. I have a daughter that attends VCA and have been very pleased with her academics. I feel my daughter is safe at VCA. She has complained that she is bored with some of what goes on. Too much lecture. They are strict and there is a dress code. I don't mind though. They have great extra curricular activities

VCA is a good choice for students who can follow rules and are motivated to work hard. The homework burden is very heavy. The secondary school classes are hard but my 3 students complain of teacher's reading the texts and 'boring' classes. Parental involvement seems poor with poor turnout at Parent

I have nothing but great comments about VCA. VCA is the epitome of a wonderful Christian environment and sets the standards for other Christian schools to follow. We are very proud that are son goes to VCA, the staff and faculty are wonderful working both with parents and students.

My son went to VCA from K-12. I have always been pleased with the VCA programs, sports and music played a big part in my son's high school span. After high school, he enlisted and excelled in the military. He went from private to sergant in three years (USMC) and said it wasn't hard due to VCA! The
... Read more training he received at VCA was invaluable and the relationship he had with Coach Bickley had the biggest effect on him. I have always recommended the school and will always do so. VCA is an awesome school! Teachers are committed and loving and the education available here is outstanding. For a small school it has an incredible music and sports program. VCA is always in the top of whatever it pursues whether that is educational scores, sports awards and teams winning or competitions

Sure there are rules and accountability and even a dress code, but the overall effect is a safe and nuturing enviroment for the hundredes of students that are enrolled here! To top off the awesome education the students receive they also learn about the Lord and grow in spiritual areas as well. We love VCA! Read less

Advanced Placement

A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
