We think Wilcox is great. Lots of opportunities to become involved in athletics, clubs, etc. Academics are also great. The teachers are into helping students succeed. Very diverse student body. We highly recommend WHS.

Wilcox is an excellent school. There are great teachers and plenty of activities for the students. Like any school, you won't find out how good it is unless you take the time to get involved. A student can get a top notch education, but they have to want it. My kids were able to go on to do very well
... Read more in college and thought their senior year at Wilcox was more difficult than their first year of college because they took the top level of classes at Wilcox. This was their choice alone. The amount of parent involvement is not as high as could be, but that is a large part of the social economics of the families. Read less
The school is a really great school. The kids there are really nice and friendly. There aren't very many problems that go on during school or anything. The teachers are great. It is a really good choice of a high school to go to. I am really glad that I go here!

Wilcox is a wonderful school. Most of the teachers there are great and a lot of the learning done by the students is fun due to the teachers' methods of teaching. The extracurricular activities, like sports, excels in Santa Clara and the parent involvement is quite good. I would recommend Wilcox High

Both my kids studied at Wilcox. In academics, Wilcox is above average but not excellent. The physical sciences (Chemistry & Physics) are poorly taught (except biology and AP chem which are good). Math is very good. English is also good and foreign languages (Spanish & Japanese) are good. One good thing
... Read more about Wilcox is that they encourage good students to take as many AP classes as they want (unlike Cupertino schools). Sports programs are really good. My kids really enjoyed them. No comments on parental involvement (I am one of the uninvolved parents). I think Wilcox should focus on improving their sciences (Chem & Physics). Read less

Advanced Placement
