Very happy with just about all teachers and with the new principal. He seems to know every single kid by name. Third class teacher my son has this year (2007) in Room 19 is simply outstanding. ... Read more had difference experience. The past three years have brought two principles, and some crucial teacher turnover. The energy of the school has become negative and disappointing. While some teachers remain positive, many of the higher-level teachers have become rigid and cynical. They use negative tactics in discipline and classroom control, looking for subdued students rather than active questioning minds. In the three years between my sons I have seen an excitement for school turn to tears, fear, and a resentment of the institution of learning. Read less

This school is insane. The parents create an atmosphere of social and financial pressure on their children at a young age. The parents are actually over involved. The kids are concerned about their name brand jeans and what your daddy does for a living in the second grade. My daughter went here

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
