With a shortage of teachers aides, I've noticed some teachers really trying to enlist parent volunters/involvement. Yet it seems to be the same parents every year doing the volunteering. The school has a preschool Special Ed program that is very impressive. Appropriately, there is a lot of attention to reading and homework. I would like to see just a little more opportunity for fun, though. School is mostly blacktop and kids are not allowed to run. There is also no dressing up on Halloween, though PTA does some fun events. Read less
