Two Rivers is the best elementary school in Natomas USD. It is a year round school which promotes on-going learning opportunities. We love Two Rivers! Our daughter has attended since Kindergarten. She is now in 3rd Grade and excelling in all topics. Her Star Testing scores were well above 400- I attribute my daughters success to the atmoshpere of the school- the teachers are like a big family-they really care about what is happening

The other reason I think my daughter is so secure at school is the fact that they keep the kids together through each grade. ... Read more Lovejoy, for his dedication and 'work with' attitude. The Two Rivers discipline system is terrific and encourages responsibility and accountability. The homework tracking system in the school is excellent and helped me to keep on top of my girls' homework assignments (prior to Two Rivers, my 5th grader used to claim that she had no homework--yeah, right!). The principal is a good administrator and engenders school spirit while promoting strong values around citizenship, teamwork, and academic excellence. The school staff is very responsive. My 3 children attended this school last year for 3 months. It was the best school they have been to. The teachers are GREAT Mr. Linkin,& Mrs. Tamar were wonderful. I couldn't believe that when I called the school the office (which the staff is also terrific) would put me right through to the class

I have 3 children at two rivers right now. They are all doing really well and love to go to school. The principal is terrific, listens to complaints and finds a good solution to the problem every time. The discipline meted out fits the crime all the time. This is my children's second year here
... Read more and every teacher has been awsome. Even if I don't agree with something I have been able to talk to the teacher and work it out. The teachers for the most part welcome parent participation in the class and I regularly see other parents participating when I do. I have experienced much support and encouragement as a parent at this school. Live is not always easy and I can count on two rivers being a place that my kids feel safe and welcomed at. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
