The standard of education is remarkable and our graduating classes seem to greatly succeed in taking honors and AP classes in high school (I have friends with children who have graduated within the last 5 years from the school.) I won't be re-registering my children at St. Catherine's. This is not what I expected from a catholic school that is supposed to set the standard for other schools. This school is definitely not worth the tuition and does not deliver on what the beautiful tri-fold pamphlets claim.

As a result, enrollment to further decreased, resulting in a substantial yearly tuition increase, many many good teachers leaving, and program cutbacks. In a nutshell, St. Catherine's is just not what it used to be. As long as the current regime continues running the school with little regard for 'the little people,' both literally and figuratively, parents should strongly consider looking into several other Catholic school alternatives in Riverside, three of which are less than 10 minutes from St. Catherine's. Having been through 4 administrations, I still believe St. Catherine's is an academically strong and safe school for my children. All schools have problems. Despite some problems at the school, I would not send my kids anywhere else. I am satisfied that they are receiving a good education with children

We originally came to this school because it was highly recommended by some friends of ours. Unfortuneately, I have been very disappointed with the teachers and academics of the school. We have been here for 5 years now, and the community environment seems to have diminished over the past few years.

Advanced Placement
