I went there my two middle school years and it is a really great school. The teachers are all great and fun to around. The 7th grade algebra and 8th grade geometry class was most likely my favorite. We used really involved techniques of learning on the computers and very fun projects.

Sequoia waz a pretty cool skewl. I was the first 7th graders there. Mrs.Efseaff is the best teacher of all time. Mr.Cox is pretty kewl too.

This is the best middle school in the district by far, but that doesn't say much. It is a school that is all talk and no action in the sense that the activites, staff, and enviroment are said to be great when they are for the most part just satisfactory. Great Administrators and awesome staff. Teachers are very prompt responding to my questions and giving good feed back about my child. They have a lot of activities to get students involved and feel connected.

Advanced Placement

AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.

Before/After School

"Extended day" programs where the school day is extended before and after school to accommodate working parents. These programs should not be confused with common after school clubs or athletic activities.

Vocational and/or technical courses offered within a comprehensive school, usually a senior high school.

Special Education Classes

A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.

Adult Education Classes

Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.

English as Second Language

English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
