We are parents of a first grader at Flory and can not imagine having had a better kindergarten experience anywhere. Although greatly concerned over budget cuts and staff changes we remain committed to our school and what we truly believe to be a gem in our community. That being said, I have to agree

Flory has been a great school for my 2nd grader. He is continuously challenged in his math and science. He has a great teacher and parent involvement on this campus is high. He is now reading at a 3rd/4th grade level. I highly recommend the school. The only problem is the traffic situation during

Flory is an excellent school, particularly for kids interested in science and technology. My son (who has ADHD) has attended for 2 years now (2nd/3rd grades) and his teachers were great - knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Math and reading programs are tailored to the child's ability. Wow! Flory has it all. Children are challenged at their own level. The teachers are tops. They are always out there attending conferences and workshops to bring exciting new ways to learn into the classroom. The principle is Fantastic. Children are expected to be respectful, caring, conscientious

Flory is a NASA Explorer school. It is a Math and Technology Magnet. The children must apply and be accepted to attend. It offers many wonderful opportunities for the students. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Principal is wonderful, a real go-getter. I would recommend this school whole-heartedly!

Our children have been challenged with individual learning in math and reading. They are always doing a science experiment of one kind or another. Thinking outside the box. Using reasoning skills. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
