2 of my children are finishing their 2nd year at Good Shepherd. We are so pleased with the education they are getting, both academically and spiritually. We feel like this school is extended family. We love the staff and teachers. We are all looking forward to another fun filled year next fall.

My son has attended Good Shepherd since he was in preschool. He is now in 4th grade. This school has been great both educationally and spiritually for him. The teachers and the principle are fantastic! I highly recommend this school to those who are looking for a good private school.

This is my fourth year at GSLS. Words can not say what this school means to me and my family. The principal of the school is wonderful, loving and so supporting of all his kids. He loves them all! The teachers at GSLS give so much of their time to better the kids in anyway that is needed. Keep up

This is my granddaughters first year at GSLS and she loves it. She can't wait to get there and she just adores her teacher. She is in kindergarden and is very shy. I can't believe another school year is coming to a close. This is my child's fourth year at GSLS, 2 years at their terric preschool. I have to say, this is by far the best year ever. Good Shepherd Lutheran School has been improving by leaps and bounds. We were 'shepherdless' for awhile, but have a wonderful new principal who is caring, actively involved and always willing to improve the atmosphere here at Good Shepherd. The church cares deeply about the school and the education

Sign language, Tae Kwon Do, and dance are extras offered as well as a full music program in general music and choral groups. We now have admissions counseling and a trained technical instructor who excels with computers, websites and instruction. Leslie has taken on the task of admissions counselor and gives each family that comes on campus a tour along with assistance in filling out enrollment application. Ms. Liz at the front reception desk loves to smile and greets each person, young and old, with enthusiasm and respect. The after school program now has tae-kwon-do, webby dance, young Rembrandt art classes, and homework club. So don't look at our history, come be a part of our future. Read less

We cannot believe the quality of the envirnment and educational programs based upon the annual costs. While the public school systems are failing the development of children at a cost of approximately $16,000 per child per year (includes bonded indebtedness) this small private school is excelling in producing character, discipline, and a level of academic achievement in our children that the public school systems are denied. AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
