Our family has found the teachers, staff, and administration to be very responsive, responsible, and proactive in terms of meeting my child's needs. Grand View is focusing on preparing students to pass state tests rather than teaching them to learn and love learning. The quality of teachers has dropped dramatically as the school struggles with the increase in special needs education.

Test scores and behavior reward programs are the focus of Grand View. Grand View does not encourage individuality. The up-side is that we have clean bathrooms, part-time science and full time PE.

Grandview is a great school. My kids are getting a fantastic education. They love to talk about the PE teacher Ms. Wood, and the librarian Mrs. Snively, the Science Lab, Computer Lab. I'm so proud that they are excited about learning. The New Principal is very involved. The parents are also very involved.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
