10 Parent Reviews for Crescent Heights Magnet School

The teachers and administration take time with each student individually, and they support the students' academic and social development. I'm very pleased with the involvement and attention that was shown to my daughter both in the classroom and outside.

I've had a bad experience, not with the teachers, but the lack of discipline ,I feel that when something is wrong they should put a stop to it, specially when a student is doing an excellent job. I was very dissapointed when I had to change my sons school, one person can really mess it up for the whole ...  Read more

The teachers are great! My children have had awesome teachers. However, I am somewhat disappointed in the school. For being a magnet and a CA distinguished school there aren't any extracurricular activities. I feel that my kids have missed out a lot. The school is recently refurbished with bright multicultural paintings and murals around the school. Its academic rankings are improving and it is racially diverse.

Improving (slowly); just became a magnet and they're feeling their way around. Still clinging to things like Open Court rather than using more innovative techniques. Eventually will be a good school....

Unfurtunality our experience at this school have been very disappointed. They are very disorganize when an activities comes up. Some of the kids don't have good discipline and they get out of it easily. I don't have any complains about the teachers, they are great teachers! But the atmosphere at the ...  Read more
