We just moved to this community last year. We are very, very pleased with Hidden Hills Elementary. I have only had my child at this school for one year and we will not be coming back. While he is getting a good education, the communication between teachers and the principal are seriously lacking. Small social issues that should have been solved months ago have now blown up into huge issues that
... Read more are effecting my child's attitude towards school. I am also gravely disappointed by the number of fund raisers at this school (I stopped counting at 12, only 4 months into thechool year.) The carnivals and socials are of horrible quality and boring. I have never had my children ask to leave an after school social. But they do here and if we miss one, they do not seem to care. And the after school programs are so limited that it is a joke and the cost of them is rediculously high. Read less

Hidden Hills Elementary School does have some wonderful teachers, however, they are severely limited by the lack of leadership. Each child is encouraged to do their personal best without being labeled as the smart or dumb kids. The teachers are highly skilled and work hard to bring out the best in each child. The principal is kind and knows each child by name. She is a great example of a leader and I will miss seeing her everyday

We had our child at this school for one year. She did receive a good academic education, however, the social aspect was very substandard. The principal needs additional leadership and influence training, due to the fact that most of the teachers do not respect her and therefore the teachers avoid contact
... Read more with her. This led to our daughter's teacher to not deal with the issue of helping the children with social issues, such as getting along with others. I have since moved my daughter from this school. Read less

Our children have been at Hidden Hills for 3 wonderful years and we have been nothing but impressed. The teachers are dedicated and enthusiastic and truly have the student's best interests at heart. The PTA is strong and willing to put extra effort into creating a fun, educational, and well-rounded
... Read more atmosphere with many extra-curricular activities for the students. The prinicpal is always hands on and leads a morning ceremony with an honorary student saying the pledge and singing a patriotic song every morning. The children love her and go out of their way to give her a hug and a smile. We believe Hidden Hills has been a very positive experience thus far and have every reason to believe our children are receiving the best education possible during this fiscal crisis in our public schools. AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School

Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
