Stanley is very strong in math, music, sports, science and the core teachers for the most part are excellent. My daughter's writing is superior. She understands how to write a good essay, short story, poem, etc. and I attribute that to her teachers. The school is able to provide four different levels

The music department is also excellent. Mr. Atheyde is inspirational and the students can start to learn to play an instrument and can be as advanced as to participate in symphonic band. As far as I can tell, and my daughter and her friends tell me there is no drug problem in the school. I prefer Stanley over some local private schools. It offers more choices. Read less
