This school isn't as great as many people think. My daughter is failing her classes, because the teachers won't communicate with her, and the students are extremely rude and immature. There's too much homework, and not many classes to choose from.

Teachers seem to really let the kids slide here, my 2 oldest went to Huntington Beach schools, did very well, then came here and everything went down hill. A couple of the teachers seem to have no control over the students others are fresh out of college. My kids have never had so many F's in their lives,

I have already had one child graduate from this school and another one is currently enrolled. I am extremely impressed by the quality of eductation that my children are receiving. The teaching staff and office administration are very approachable and eager to serve!

The quality of academic programs was great, but the school relied too heavily on parents to assist in homework. My kid was spending literally 2 hours a night doing homework. He was having problems with his grades. I had a tough time getting any of the teachers or principal to even meet with me then
... Read more when I did, it didn't seem like they were really willing to help much. If my child doesn't get something and has to spend 3 hours after school to complete homework, I would assume the teacher could get us some help, but that didn't seem to be the case. Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Before/After School

A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
