CHHS truely isn't what they make it out to be. I am currently attending the school and i can honestly say that i feel as though i am getting cheated out of an education at times. CHHS puts on a facade as though they are the ' Best in the ....Weeest' as one of the teacher's at CHHS woud say. CHHS tries ...  Read more

I recently graduated City Honors High school and am getting ready to go to college. I hate to admit it but I do not feel the school prepared me and other of my classmates as well as it should have. I know I am smart and yet I still scored in the lowest levels of math. There was always problems with the ...  Read more

City Honors High School is a much needed pathway for our students to learn to develop their own sense of creativity amongst other students similiar to themselves in the way the think. I along with many others in my class and before me entered class in the lowest level math courses. There was a lot of favortism and student freedom. Favorites of the principal were untouchable ...  Read more

As a student, I feel that my job at City Honors is to maintain academic standards, citizenship, and social volunteerism. However, I've noticed that many students are not doing maintaining anything but the facade that they attend the school. The teachers that do challenge the students, are definately ...  Read more

CHHS is a really small, underfunded school. I can't see whats so great about it besides the test scores. They claim to uphold a zero tolerance policy although there have been fights on many occasions, although the administration will tell you otherwise. It's definely not all its cracked up to be.
