We have been at Strand for two years. While the test scores are lower than the other elementary school in town I feel it is a better fit for my children because of the small size and the dedication of the teachers. My children have gone to SSE for 3 years. We have been very satisfied with the teachers and staff.They are getting better at dealing with the problems that are associated with military kids since over half of the children are from military families. Keep up the good work.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
