I am impressed with Kingswood and the great support of staff in trying to best meet the needs of all students. Collaboration among teachers is a priority as well as training so teachers can differentiate their instruction. Parent involvement is up over the last 3 years by over 60%. I have found the

My son transferred to Kingswood from a private catholic school when he was in Kindergarten. He has remained at Kingswood and will be in the 2nd grade in the Fall 2003. The principal at Kingswood is very dedicated to the school, teachers, and students. She is a very strong advocate for funding, parent

Academically, the children work very hard and sometimes have a disproportionate large amount of homework (but I've found this to be teacher-specific). The school also has Discovery Club extension for before and after-school care lending itself to contiguous education and childcare all in one. I am extremely proud to have my son attend Kingswood Elementary! Read less
