Excellent teachers, administration, and support staff. The curriculum is not only challenging but meets California State Standards. The teachers genuinely care for the children.

We have had both our girls in this wonderful school for the last five years. From the pre-school to the elementary school to the after school child care, we have been very pleased. The curriculum is challenging and the staff concerned about each students progress and supporting their on-going development.

It is great to be involved in a school that promotes Christian family values and helps support parents in the spiritual development of their children. ... Read more grade. My son began pre-school the day after his 2nd birthday and is getting ready for Kinder in Sept. Pilgrim is not only a school, but a family. It is a wonderful environment both spiritually and educationally. There are not words to explain what a true blessing Pilgrim has been for my children as well as myself. I would highly recommend both the pre-school and day school. It is such a wonderful feeling not to worry about your children when you have full trust in the environment in which you have placed them. This is our 11th year at Pilgrim Lutheran with our first daughter attending kindergarten through 8th and our younger daughter currently enrolled as a 7th grader. We have witnessed numerous occasions of older students interacting with the youngest students in a genuinely caring manner and what wonderful role models those older students are to the little ones. They learned this from their teachers. As far as scholastics, our older daughter was well-prepared for high school and transitioned into a large public school very well being named outstanding freshman female student earning straight A's in advanced courses. My daughter went to Pilgrim Lutheran Pre-school as well as K-8. She went on to Lutheran High and college. Pilgrim provided a high quality academic environment as well as a Christ-centered education. As a result, a large percentage of Lutheran school children attend and graduate from college. Most
... Read more important for me, as a working parent, was that the educators reinforce, not just academics, but how to live a Christian life. My daughter is 19 years old, a devout Christian and lives her life accordingly. In an era where public schools teach very little in the way of morality or simply how to treat others, I give high credit to Pilgrim for giving her the kind of education and support that makes her the wonderful person she is today. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Before/After School

Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
