The community for children and parents is involved with many opportunities to get involved in class and also within the community. The school has small class sizes which I really like and it is nice to see different grades interacting with each other on the playground. The students are also very respectful and kind to each other which is so much a part of the teaching within the school. I have had no issues with Bullying, in fact in the 5 years we have been here I have not heard of any bullying going on. I would certainly recommend this school. Read less

However, after reading a few of the not so flattering
... Read more reviews of our hidden little jewel of Belmont, I am compelled to share my opinion of NDE that has evolved over last 8 years. When beginning the process of choosing a school, the NDE representative asked me what were my expectations for my child s education. As a parent possessing a postgraduate degree, and strong believer in education, I told them I demanded three things: First: To know my child was safe. I am pleased to say, without a doubt, all three of these things have occurred beyond our expectations, and I could not be prouder of the young adult my child has become. NDE has not made him a basketball star. NDE has not made him a piano virtuoso ..What NDE has done is made him a superior student, and an even better young person. Read less
