All the Kindergarten teachers seem to be exceptional and the Principal is outstanding. They have wonderful, engaging assemblies that include exposure to animals from around the world, as well as guest authors who engage students in writing workshops. Extracurricular activities include things such as Mad Science which provided a wonderful hands on opportunity for my child to learn about a variety of areas of science from animals to robots. One of the best things about this school is their program that teaches individual responsibilty and respect for all that includes a peer conflict resolution program. This school is abysmal -- simply a place to warehouse children. The teacher provides little stimulation and the concept of hands on appears to have eluded this classroom entirely. We've been discussing these problems with the principal, who has failed to follow through with her promises to correct them.

We love this school. The teachers and staff are great here. My daughter attended Kindergarten here and was excited about everyday. Her teacher was great also. A lot of parent involvement in her classroom which we loved. She will be attending the 1st grade there this year so she can't wait.

My girl loves this school, even now she is in Ralston middle. She always visits Nesbit whenever she has time. She's been thinking about volunteering at Nesbit and shares what she knows with the Nesbit kids. She enjoyed her 5 years being there and missed her teachers a lot. Nesbit prepares her well. She

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
