my kids have been going to this school for one year, they've loved it and the academic standards are great. they have a very loving staff and very loveing students, a very safe enviornment.

While FLCS does provide a somewhat safe Christian enviroment, the academics, particulary in the junior high and high school are substandard to what is necessary for preparation in today's college and work environment. We are satisfied with the elementary school for our child, however, we are still uncertain about the High School program. Forest Lake has the potential to be an outstanding Christian school of influence. Many of the teachers have hearts for God. Forest Lake is a highly academic and Biblically based school. We've tried other Christian schools near Roseville and Forest Lake is far worth the drive for us. Leadership is excellent. Forest Lake needs to offer more extracurricular activities. Water polo and football would be a great addition to their renowned sports program. Also, I feel that Forest Lake needs to provide more clubs. Overall, Forest Lake disappointed me in several areas and needs much improvement.

Teachers are committed to individual student success. Our son is a 2005 graduate now at a private 4 year University in Southern California.
