Gale is an excellent school. The Principal never ceases to amaze me, she seems to know every kid by name, always greets others with genuine care and concern and is very involved in each childs education. The staff are fantastic, teachers are warm and nurturing, yet expect good behavior and push kids

I've had experience with 5 elementary schools and Gale is by far the best. The faculty is outstanding and the Principal is in a league of her own. I couldn't be happier!

Gale Elementary is a wonderful school. The teachers are kind, courteous, and always helpful. State standards are taught in creative ways, allowing children with all learning styles to succeed. The principal is firm but fair in dealing with discipline issues. I am so pleased that my child attends

Over 5000 volunteer hours logged last year. Excellent librarian and emphasis on reading skills. PTA supported art teacher and program are unsurpassed in Tucson. Amazing student art is displayed everywhere and and winning awards, too! The students art is actually integrated into the school building as well. If you are looking for a great academically achieving school, with fantastic art programs, reading and parent pasrticipation levels, Gale Elementary more than fits the bill. Read less

Test scores at this school have been consistently outstanding, a direct reflection of the staff at Gale. I have two children enrolled in Gale currently. They are in 5th and K. I am extremely impressed with the school's resources due to the PTC. However, I have had some 'religion in the classroom' issues that I did not feel were addressed adaquately.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course.
