Our new Principal, Dr. Richard, is quickly making a HUGE difference. He also hired some great new assistant principals, the whole culture on campus has changed to a very positive one. Lack of administrative support. Common sense is often not used. Complete revamp on how this school is ran is greatly needed. My children as well as other do not like the lunch that is served. More care in this area is needed. Children need food fuel to help be more successful in school. More parents
... Read more need to be involved. Text books need to be an option for students especially when there are restrictions with the use of the computer. Not all student will follow the rules and alternative measure needs to be implemented. Also, sending students to sweep for not having their ID needs to be readdressed. This school is amazing. My son gets such a great learning experience. There are excellent teachers that stay almost everyday for about two hours just for tutoring. * In 2011-2012 Arizona's Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) was used to test students in reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8 and 10, writing in grades 5, 6, 7, and 10, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 10. AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
