Academically the classes are to large, that the children aren't getting the proper instruction, and inappropriate behaviors are happening within the classrooms! My daughter requeted to be removed from this school. She didnt like what she heard and saw on the school grounds or the way she was treated by other students. also had problems with one of the teachers taking the time to note a 'A' student now failing. The teacher claimed he/she didnt have the time

I would rate SHS as average. The curriculum is very weak. My child is enrolled mostly in honors courses has a 3.9 GPA, but is not being challenged, and has very little homework. A large percentage of parents and students in this community don't understand the importance of a good education. In the

Im a senior at this school, and i have been enrolled in this district since 8th grade. The school office staffs ignores everyone, the school principal staffs don't listen to both sides of the story. They always use 'Im the adult, im right you're wrong, im smart, you're dumb.' If you argue you get punished.

I am only a freshman at SHS. So far, I must say this school is an average school. Certaintly not the best I've heard, I feel great here. The classroom sizes are no more than twenty-five on average. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
