My daughter has attended two years and will be attending her third and senior year at TCP. I can not say how pleased we both have been with the quality of education she has rec'd. She will graduate with a year of college credits under her belt and I feel able to deal with life in general. Many other
... Read more High Schools can not say this abou their students. The best they can say is they 'managed barely' to graduate. Yes it's a bit tougher then the 'average' HS but life is tougher then HS and it definately better prepares them for that. I recommend this school to anyone that wants the best for thier child. We really love this school and the opportunities it provides. The teachers and staff really put the effort into preparing students for college. The staff are highly qualified and certified teachers, most of the teachers have masters degrees or higher. The classes are definitely more difficult and
... Read more do require a lot of effort, but the teachers really do want the students to succeed and they are very willing to help in any way they can. The availablity of college classes during the day is a great way to get a jump-start on college. Students can pretty much complete their freshman year of college while still in high school! As far as extracurricular activities, TCP keeps growing. They offer most of the popular sports (except football) as well as some unique sports like cricket and rowing. There are really a lot of extracurricular activities for such a small school. Read less

No facilitities, tyrant runs the school yard with an iron ruler. Some of the teachers stack up, but with the heavy rotation of faculty who knows any more.

My daughter attends this school just finishing her Soph year and I have been extremely pleased. The small class sizes allow her to receive more individual help then she would in a larger school. The classes offered are of high level and the standards expected are of the highest level as well. This

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
"Extended day" programs where the school day is extended before and after school to accommodate working parents. These programs should not be confused with common after school clubs or athletic activities.

Vocation/Technical Curriculum
Vocational and/or technical courses offered within a comprehensive school, usually a senior high school.
Special Education Classes
A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
