My older son already graduated from Cesar two years ago, the school seems to have improved a little since then. The teachers of the regular classes should hold the parents more accountable for the students grades. The bathroom at the school are filthy, being a critical care registered nurse, I can just see the germs growing. The school needs more academic discipline. Currently, with the higher student enrollment, their were some challenges but were overcome due to superb faculty and administration.
