Overall, this school has alot of untapped potential, this year began with a new Principal with a genuine interest in his position of leadership for this school. Some of the faculty has changed as well this year with a positive influence as well. We are happy with this school and so are our children for

We do feel however this school needs to 'rethink' it's disipline 'protocol' they place children face forward to a wall or fence for their punishment during their recess times for any offense whether it be behavior or academic as they(the staff) see fit. We feel that this is rather degrading and ineffective as it is GREATLY overused!! Outside of that, the school would benefit from a art program and facitlities to accomodate their track program rather than in the parent pick up parking lot. Read less

Palominas School is a great school. We moved here from Kyrene School Dist. Palominas spends its funds and energies on the children. Where it should go. The teachers are caring, up to date in their educational techniques, and spend a lot of their own personal time with kids that need extra help. The

The teachers in this school as well as the principal are totally unresponsive to the needs of the children. If you value your childs emotional well being, I would search for another school.
