My daughter has attended Omega Alpha Academy for one and a half years. She has learned so much, and did very well on her AIMS test for the 2005-2006 school year. Omega Alpha Academy was begun with great vision. Under the new leadership all that has changed. The staff is very demoralized and it has been reflected in the classroom. OAA is again underperforming. It is a clear indication to the type of leadership or lack there of. Charter schools are meant to
