My son has been bullied at this school since he started last year. The Principal is not professional and there is a significant amount of undisciplined children. There is no Junior National Honor Society at this school either. My son is at a disadvantage at this school.

I was new to Collier 4 years ago .. this is our 5th year at that school.. and all I can say is ' they are so willing to help every child in any way they can ' Collier has been great to us .. a BIG THANK YOU !

We have attended Collier for five years. We appreciate the teachers at Collier they are very good in all areas. We also have enjoyed the extra's like PE, Band, Foreign Language, and Art.

My family and I relocated from another city. Because this is a community school and we live in the community, this is the school assigned. My son attends this school. We have had a difficult time at this school. There is bullying. The Jr. High teacher communication with the parents is terrible.

... Read more kept in the loop. They even went the extent to make my youngest know that they would put a stop to the bullying and they did. Even though my youngest had a rough start, it is now much better. I like the school and the community. My kids learned a lot from their teachers such at Mrs. Crawley, Mrs. Harris, and Ms. Marcotte. They are such wonderful teachers who are more then dedicated to their students. Thanks to them I know my kids are getting a good education. Read less

This is my son's 2nd year at Collier. He's in the 1st grade and his exeperience there so far has been very good. He had some adjustment issues in Kindergarten, but we worked with his teacher and Mr. Deenen. They were wonderful and kept us informed on his behavior - good and bad. This year our son

We as a community - not just as a school owe it to all of the children to help provide them with a safe learning environment. Discipline and teaching begin at home. My son attended this school in 07-08 and I regret every minute of it. The teacher had no control of her classroom and my son was bullied by the other students, sometimes in front of the teacher and she did nothing about it. He often got into trouble for defending himself. His grades suffered. I feel
... Read more like a terrible parent for having him stick-it-out for the whole year. The kids at that school are out of control. They bully, taunt, and vandalize others property (students bikes locked in the bike rack have their tires flattened, parts missing or broke). That school needs some leadership control! Read less

Both of my sons attending K & 1st grade. 6 yr attended K last year was recognized for excellence in all categ & was recogn for being advanced for his age. Now he's in a diff class, diff teacher & continues to be recognized as a phenomial student. My 5 yr i've been told would need a speech thearapist

Advanced Placement
