I am a past graduate of CAC, having attended 7th-12th grade. I was disappointed in the variety of classes offer- I tried 2 times to enroll in physics which was never offered during my years. I also felt very discriminated against since I was not church of christ. I felt that every portion of the school

Read more forced their religious choice down our throats- separating by sex when females were praying, etc. I have always attended a christian school, and never until I attended cac, did I feel out of place, looked down upon, or ignored by the staff as I did there. I hope the school has changed for the better- our students need an education- a really good one to be able to compete with public school students, who are given much more opportunity for advanced placement classes, as well as college credit. Certainly, no school is going to be perfect, but CAC has done so much to separate itself from all other area schools. As a parent, I feel so comfortable with the teachers and the administration. I love that the students are in a safe environment where they can also talk about their faith. I feel like

While the athletics program is extremely successful, it is the academics and Christian environment that I appreciate most for my children. While I cannot speak of the culture before my children arrived just a couple of years ago, CAC has hired strong Christian men and women the past few years and is now reaping the benefits of attracting a top-quality faculty and staff. While I realize that no place is the right fit for everyone, CAC is an outstanding Christian environment of excellence I whole-heartedly recommend. Read less

My child has been attending CAC for several years and we have liked it until this year. This year I have heard several teachers and parents make fun of other childrens beliefs (if they are not church of christ).
