I am confident that the teachers in my son's school are competent. However, my son who is ADHD is having a very hard time keeping up. He is failing yet again and he has already been held back once. His teacher and I are at a loss as to what to do and the special services team is taking their time
... Read more to help me assess the situation. He is smart in many ways, but he is failing several core classes. I am glad that his teacher and the principal are willing to do what they can to help me, and they do not make me feel like a bad mom because my child has trouble learning. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
