PCA is a Christian school. This school takes any religion you are. A kid in my class was not a Christian ,but the opposite. He was not pressured to become a Christian. The president of the school all the way down to the lunchroom staff is wonderful! Great education, loving teachers, and all the glory to God...that is what Prattville Christian Academy is all about. The athletic programs are great, too.

Our oldest child started in 7th grade and has now graduated PCA and moved on to college. Our youngest started PCA in the fourth grade and is now in 8th grade. Our family has never thought twice about our decision to move our children out of public school and into the private school setting of PCA.

The curriculum is top notch and I have always felt that families of all faiths are welcome no matter your religion or beliefs. The administration is always willing to listen to cares and concerns. This is our 2nd year at PCA. My oldest son is in 7th grade and loves it. We are in the process of moving our 3rd grader over as well. PCA provides a wonderful environment that encourages and supports high academic standards and opportunities, good sportsmanship in the many sports programs and development

This is the best private school north of Montgomery and south of Birmingham.Academics are rigorous in the lower school(my children are 2nd and 6th graders). For example, my 6th grader is reviewing order of operations in math as the year begins. Advanced public school students get to order of operations

High entrance standards, small class sizes and strict code of conduct make problem children and parents disappear. Bible classes are rigorous and basically teach scripture. If you don't attend a Church of Christ Church, then I would suggest that you send your children, especially HS age, to another private school. Kids at PCA are required to take Bible class and the teachings are in accordance with the Church of Christ. We were told when we interviewed at the school

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
