My oldest child just completed his kindergarten year at Howell Graves. More tears were defiantly shed his last day than the first. This school is made up of an amazing staff and wonderful teachers! Howell Graves has large fully equipped classrooms, the latest teaching tools (smart boards amazing!),and each child is taught based on their own needs. What I thought would be a really tough year turned out to be wonderful! My oldest daughter went to a wonderful kindergarten in another district and I thought we couldn't get any better. My youngest daughter went to H-G and was in Mrs. Weaver's class. I couldn't have asked for any better. H-G encourages a lot of parent participation so you have a good idea of all that goes

I could not have asked for a better Kindergarten year for my son. I believe a child's experience in Kindergarten can, to an extent, determine how a child feels about school forever. ... Read more memories about Kindergarten...and have always enjoyed school. I think Kindergaten is the most imprortant year. It truely is the foudation. Howell-Graves and it's teachers are wonderful. They truely care for students and love what they do. My son absolutely adores his teacher, Mrs. Turner, and Principal Morgan. He even loves Ms. Bonnie, the school secretary. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
