My youngest child is in MMS now. He is the third one to go through the school. The administration has experienced personnel changes, but the transitions were smooth. Universally, Middle School has challenges as our children evolve from children to young adults, and MMS is not immune to the problems

The safety of the children comes first, and the staff has always been ready to listen and react to my concerns. The teachers are diverse and interesting, and the advanced classes are terrific. I would recommend MMS for any parent seeking a quality education for their child. Read less

The acadimics seem good. My child has all advanced classes and I'm very glad that these classes are offered. The teachers and staff aren't very friendly. I've never got the warm fuzzies about the school From my own experience, volunteers are not needed nor welcomed. My child loves the school

I currently have a child at this school. My child has done well with the curriculum and has made plenty of friends. I have noticed by some remarks my child has made that some of the teachers can be hot heads and intolerate of the students. It does however have zero tolerance for harassment and the
... Read more principle is good to correct misbehavior. There has been a slight problem with theft of books and other personables, like at most schools. Overall, this is a good school and they don't wear you out with fundraisers and such. Read less
The school's acadimics are incredible. There is almost a club or team for all your interest. The teachers are caring and are always willing to lend a hand, they work extra hard to make learning fun for us. The only problems are that we are way to crowded, and some of the rules and punishments are completely
... Read more unfair. One of my friends got in trouble because she was using the bathroom when a fight was going on in there. She got 1 week of ISS. Yet, some of the worst things that go on in the school go unpunished. I know that they can't stop all of it, but they should at least try to stop some. we should not have to worry about someone breaking into our locker or stealing our purse or wallet in the hall. I've got one son at this school. Granted, he is a difficult child, but I'm very frustrated with the teachers and counselors there. I can't get communications from them other than negative. I can't get feedback or input from them, the website isn't updated so that I know what homework to have my child

Advanced Placement
