I am a graduate of Danville High School and also have children in the Danville school district, including the High School. I have gone to Danville for 2 years and will graduate in May 2008. Danville is not too accepting of outsiders. The kids don't like to open up to new kids and it is hard to fit in. The principals don't do much around the school and some of the teachers aren't better. Their two favorite forms of punishment ...  Read more

I think that Danville High School offers alot of great things to all of the students. We do take well to outsiders. The principals do not just take up space, without them this school would just quit fuctioning and there is nobody that can do a better job than the one's currently holding the positions!

We moved from out of state, and I wish we could put our son in another school, they do not take well to outsiders. The principal and vice principal are just taking up space, they do not do their job. They do not like parental involvement. This is the worst school my son has ever attended.

Seriously though they are all great schools. I had good experiences with all of them. I am in college now and I have to say I miss the close ...  Read more

I think that Danville High School is a good school. My child has gone to Danville schools all of her life and i wouldnt send her anywhere else! The sports - they are rocking especially the V Basketball team! The parent involvement - well it could use a little more help but i guess it is average.
