This was our first year at EMMS and we absolutely love it! My only regret is that we didn't find it sooner. ... Read more the best education possible. The classroom is very inviting with many large windows and cathedral ceilings. It's full of learning tools such as maps, books, scales, beads, and even 2 parakeets! The children receive a 'hands-on' approach to education and go on a field trip at least once a month. EMMS is a wonderful Montessori School. They have short comings like all schools but I am glad to see they are working on them and that they appreciate outside help from their parents and staff. My child is going on their 2nd year. We attended the other Montessori for 2 yrs. EMMS is by far the better
... Read more choice. They are main focus is the children and making sure they get everything they need. There over all school leadership can use some help which only affects the parents really. But the talents of the teachers and the schools resources make it the best place for your Montessori Child. Read less

Her mom is the cheerleading coach (she wanted to be involved in the school & they welcomed her to take this position), she also loves the parental involvement & feeling welcomed to help or volunteer any time. ... Read more a good attitude. They do not put up with bad behavior or any excluding of other kids as they are a Christian school & teach those values. They are big in sports, especially Basketball as they won State for their division this year (07). My entire family loves this school & we plan to send or two yr old to Kindergarten there. Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
