... Read more size of the classes are smaller than I expected, so I really feel like she gets the attention that she needs in learning. As for the March 20 post, I've not seen any trailers, but frankly, I'm not as concerned about the building my child is in, as much as WHO is in it teaching her, and that teacher's abilities and overall character. As much as there is the world today to worry about when raising a child, trailers are the least of our worries. Read less

We are thrilled with Rocky Ridge. Our daughter started kindergarten there this year. She was reading after two months at school. The teachers and staff are fantastic. We are grateful that our children attend there. We got involved with PTO right from the beginning and that has been wonderful too.

I am concerned about the March 2004 response. We have been at Rocky Ridge since 2003 and there have never been any trailers at the school. Most teachers have Master's degrees or more. Many are nationally certified. We have been very pleased with the teachers and the quality of education received at

We love Rocky Ridge! My daughter went to kindergarten and 1st grade and rocky ridge the school is amazing. The principal makes you feel like part of the family. The teachers are wonderful my daughter has learned to much from this school. They have a great art program. Parents are encouraged to get involed.

I grew up in the Hoover School system. I started out at Rocky Ridge and worked my way through Simmons Middle and finally Hoover High. All of the teachers there were friendly, caring people who were always willing to go the extra mile. A few of my old teachers are still there which shows the commitment

We were not only taught reading, writing, and math skills, but we were also exposed to art, French, rhythm and movement, music, computer, and many other electives. Rocky Ridge also had multiple extracurricular activities like choir, the jump rope for heart team, safety patrol, enrichment, and after-school classes like gymnastics and baton twirling. In my opinion, I couldn't have gotten a better education than the one I received at Rocky Ridge and the other schools in the Hoover School system. Read less

Advanced Placement
