Both my daughters started Pre-K and are now in 8th and 5th grade. We have been very pleased w/ the school. I have had my children at OLS for 8yrs now. I love that the school is small enough that everyone knows their name. I also like the network of parents that are always watching out for each others kids. I feel that my children are very safe here and are growing academically and spiritually.

I have had (3) children go to OLS over the past 21 years. One is doing front-line research at Auburn University, one is at Alabama on a national merit finalist, and the other graduates this year. OLS is a wonderful place for children to grow academically and spiritually. The academics are top rate, challenging each student to reach his/her potential. The addition of the Atrium for the young children has enhanced the already strong spiritual aspect of the curriculum. The teachers are happy

... Read more Atlanta. Tuition is $419 per month plus $60 for food, snacks not included, and $7 a day for after care. Some odds and ends and the total cost is $620 per month. You should also expect numerous fliers asking for money. The 'playground' is a 30 foot square play yard with no shade and black tar/chriso chips that stain your clothes (white shoes and white uniform shirts). Overall, this expensive school can be stressful for your child(if they don't 'fit in') and has questionable teachers, cirriculum and required in-school mass (even for non-Catholic students). It is a good school if your kids fit in. But if they have any kind of minor problem, such as finishing classwork slower than the other kids, you will have problems. My daughter attended for a couple of years. None of the other girls would play with her.

This is a great school. I have three children currently enrolled at OLS. I have been very impressed with the academic and relegious education. The parents are very involved. The tuition is also very reasonable. Come visit one and you will see why there is no place like Our Lady of Sorrows.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Before/After School

Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
