Studio, $500
Hi! My roommate, Dylan, and I are looking to resign our lease but our other roommate will moving in with his girlfriend...so we need to find someone to fill his room. The room will be open by September 1st (possibly a little bit sooner.) Rent is $500 and there will be a $500 security deposit and credit check required before moving in. Utilities (gas, electric, cable, internet) usually range from $50 to $75 each. I have lived here for 3 years and have lived with Dylan for almost 2. Our landlord lives below us and she is absolutely amazing! We all get along great and are looking for someo...ne who is easy going and respectful. The living room, bathroom, and kitchen are fully furnished. We have a large dining room with some furniture in it, but most of that will leave with our current roommate and we can definitely move things to make space if you have furniture for common spaces that you don't want to part with. All that you would absolutely need, though, is furniture for your bedroom.
