Lots of closet space throughout with full storage access in the attic. Off street parking available next door for a fee. Quiet one way street. Walking distance to the best of East Rock amenities/downtown. Easy highway access to 91 and 95. There is no laundry in the apartment. Unfortunately that is something that cant be changed at this point. There is a laundromat and dry cleaner close by. Apartment and neighborhood are pet friendly. Pet interview for dogs required.
