The photos in the ad are of a unit in the same building with identical floor plan. The paint colors will be similar, however, instead of dark wood, the cabinets and wainscoting are white. Great location, clean/quiet/secure building, generous storage, wall a/c unit, laundry on site, private garage included, private patio. Water and garbage included. Renter pays electric. Lease required through May 31, 2018. This is an odd term twenty month initial lease, after that, it is year to year. Work references and rental references required. Building is smoke free per condominium homeowner association rules. Sorry, there is no flexibility with this (Please do not inquire)!
