One spacious unfurnished room available August 1 in a three bedroom apartment that was just renovated. Looking for a male tenant. No couples. $800 a month with all utilities included. No lease required. The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) of a beautiful brownstone right off Von King Park (formerly Tompkins Park) at Tompkins Ave and Greene Ave. Very safe, quiet, leafy and gentrified block. Very close to G line (Bedford/Nostrand stop) and A, C and J lines. B43 and B38 right around the corner. Laundromat and grocery store right across the house. The other two tenants (as all othe...r tenants in the house) in the apartment are young males in their 20s with steady jobs. Sorry, no pets. No smoking. All prospective tenants must meet the landlord for approval. $800 deposit and $800 for first month required upon moving in.
