2br 2ba 925 sqft Beauty in Bushwick Bushwick
My wife and I are moving out of our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full bath apartment in bushwick. After an abrupt change in work plans, we will soon be in Philly, rediscovering our inner Fresh Prince, and we need to find someone to take the apartment over to avoid the termination fee.

We've truly enjoyed our 4.5 years in this great apartment and building, and we hope to find a new member to take our spot in this great space.

The unit is 925 square feet, with two full bath rooms and two large bedrooms, one of which we have used as an office. The kitchen has nice finishes, new appliances and a marble island that opens into the living room. Lots of cabinet space and a large pantry. Gas stove. The floors are heated during the winter so your tosies will never be cold in the bathroom. And I mean never. There are is some serious storage space, as well, including pretty big closets in the bedrooms (two in the master, one in the second bedroom), and two large hall closets near the entryway. We keep our winter jackets, luggage, cleaning supplies, tools, sewing/steaming machines, golf clubs and other athletic gear, etc. in just one of them.

The building has great amenities, including a night door person, huge roof deck with complete skyline views, cool play area for dogs, grilling area, and garden area, with tables, sound system and and lots of room to lay out. There is a gym, theater room, lounge with a pool table and a ping pong table, a wood working room...see more info at

The building is pet friendly with no pet deposit or fee required. The building also pays for water, sewage and trash as part of the lease, and the building offers free basic cable in the apartment, as well as free internet. Oh, aandd, there is a parking lot in the back/side of the building that is free to tenants to use a on first come first serve basis. I'm usually able to find a spot. There is a one-time fee for the clicker thingy that gets you into the lot of like $60, but hopefully management will allow you to just take ours!

The building is a 8-10min walk to the either the L (Morgan stop) or the J/M (Myrtle stop) lines. Each walk is down a neighborhood street and has several coffee shops along the way. On the L, you'll be 8min to Bedford, and another 7min or so to Union Sqr.

Since we have to leave abruptly, we would be happy to give a credit ("reward") of $400 to find someone before Oct 1st. Management will also be looking for tenants and said they would work quickly on any application from any interested tenant we provide. You would have the option of taking over our lease for $3100/mo, which ends in June. You could also sign a new 1-year lease ending in Oct, but the will want $3400/mo for the 12-month lease.

Please reach out with any questions!
