Furnished, with memory foam toppers on futon bed and sofa sleeper - past guests say the beds are very comfortable. Extra portable mattress and bedding. One bedroom has very high ceilings with ocean view and large shower. Other bedroom has shower/tub and overlooks a large tree. Ocean views from all rooms except one bedroom. Cable TV, Netflix, high speed internet, and Verizon Wireless corporate-level phone booster tower included (there may be no cell reception otherwise). Numerous cordless home phones with free local calls and free long distance within the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. Utility allowance of $200 per month, renter pays utility bills over $200. Three televisions, one in each of two bedrooms. Juicer, blender, toaster, plenty of silverware, glassware, kitchen utensils, dishes and towels - pretty much everything a fully-stocked home would have. Garage cannot be used to store any items or cars, as the W/D, deep sink, extra refrigerator, and infrared sauna are in the garage. Black leather and white fuzzy furniture in living area. Beautiful hummingbirds and other wildlife visit the property daily. SEPTIC SYSTEM - NOTHING CAN BE FLUSHED OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. This house is not quite 100% finished (owners have new plans and are in the process of getting permits to re-structure the house, remove a wall, put ceiling-to-floor window in, etc, but this process could take years). For example, the handrail by the interior stairs is not stained, a few inches of baseboard here and there needs to be complete, and so forth, but these items are fairly minor, and owner can provide details via email photos.
