Bedroom #3 has a b...ackdoor that leads to the backyard. It is a shared backyard that all 4 apartments have access to. High ceilings, wood floors, granite countertops. Landlord will pay for water and lawn care and tenant is responsible for energy (window units), cable and internet. Landlord would prefer not to have animals living in the house but will allow SMALL animals for an extra $50 a month in rent. Tenant must sign a ten month lease (10/1/15 - 7/31/15). I am a very responsive landlord and expect responsible tenants. NO SMOKING in apartments! Current tenants are moving out on September 30th and we will have a professional cleaning crew come before you move in.
