Please take into consideration that the area is not completely safe for unsupervised small children as neither the lakes nor the pool is guarded and the main gate is open to a traffic road. It is a walled, but not gated community. The condo is on ground floor, easily accessible with wheelchair, rollator or baby pushchair.

Oversized Living Room/Dining Room/Breakfest Bar Combo where huge dinner table seats 6 persons. Open Floor Plan, Split Bedroom. One bathroom with shower, one with bath tub. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Luxury furnishing everywhere, mild pastel colors dominate the furniture, the tiles enhancing the Mediterranean aura. Generous lanai directly at the edge of the lake, your own heron is fishing just a yard from your breakfast table. Two fountains are working in the lakes between 9 AM and 9 PM drowning all the barely noticeable noises into the relaxing sound of splashing water.
For the very improbable rainy hours a collection of popular board games is offered.
The entry gate is often guarded by an American bittern. You have your vacation in an open air bird sanctuary. Be sure you take your binocular and camera with you.
After a short walk to the corner of Clark and Swift Rd. you will find a shopping complex with CVS Pharmacy, Winn-Dixie, Dollar General, Merchants Pointe, American Grill, Hardware S

One month minimum. Owner pays for trash, sewer, cable TV, Internet, WIFI, free phone. Tenant pays for water, electricity. Must have minimum credit score 640 and references.
