The apartment has a carpeted LR/DR, a ceramic tiled eat-in kitchen (refrig, range, dishwasher and disposal), a carpeted bedroom and large full bath with ceramic tiled floor. We pay for water and hot water and the ...resident pays for electricity that powers the water source heat pump that heats and cools the apartment along with appliance and outlet usage. Phone, cable TV/Internet services are available from Comcast or Thames Valley Communications. We do permit pets, but charge an initial non refundable fee of $250, plus additional pet rent of $50 per month. We apologize for these fees, but have learned from experience when accepting pets. The application and credit check fee is $30.00 Total move in fees are the $30 application fee, security deposit equal to one months rent and first months rent plus any pet fees if applicable.
